Tool settings

Mode

Post — one caption per platform selected; Carousel — a caption plus text for each slide; Week — a batch of posts on one topic for a single platform.

Platforms

Which platforms the caption is for — up to several at once, one news hook adapted into a version for each format. Each platform has its own character limit and style.

Rubric

The content type that shapes the text's structure: Reels, Carousel, Storytelling, Behind the Scenes, Value List, Announcement, Personal Story, Case Study, or Meme.

Goal

What the post should achieve: Reach, Saves, Comments, Profile Visits, or Sales.

Tone

How the text sounds: Friendly, Expert, Ironic, Inspiring, Bold, or Calm.

Length

How long the caption is: Short, Medium, or Long-Form.

Ending

How the post ends: A Question to the Audience, "Save This", "Tag a Friend", a Debatable Statement, a Poll, or No CTA.

Emoji

How many emoji in the text: None, Moderate, or A Lot. Defaults to what's typical for the platform you picked.

Voice

Slang level (none, a little, a lot) and how to address the reader — informal, formal, or whatever's typical for the platform. Decides whether the caption reads as coming from you personally or from a brand.

Audience

The niche, who the post is for, and keywords — these shape the wording and which interests the caption should speak to.

Stop words

Strips out common cliches by default; you can add your own words the caption should avoid.

Brand voice

A saved style profile: paste 3–5 of your own posts and iBro learns the writing style and keeps writing in it going forward. The profile is stored in this browser.

Week mode bundles posts for a single platform — if you need different platforms, use Post mode instead.
Brand voice is the most precise way to nail the tone: a handful of your real posts beats any written style description.
