General provisions
By using the iBro.io website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time — we will announce material changes on the website or by email.
Account and registration
Some features of the Service require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential — all activity under your account is treated as yours. Only one active session per person is allowed at a time; we may suspend an account we suspect of being shared with others or used in violation of these Terms.
Using the Service
The Service is intended for lawful personal and commercial use within its described functionality. You may not attempt to bypass request limits or anti-automation protections, use the Service to send spam or generate malicious or unlawful content, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others. We may restrict or terminate access if you violate this provision.
AI-generated content and responsibility
Output from the AI tools is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies — verify anything important yourself before relying on it for legal, financial or medical decisions. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for ensuring that use complies with the law and the rights of others.
Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Some features are available through a paid subscription that renews automatically unless you cancel it in advance in your account settings. Prices and plan limits are listed on the Pricing page and may change — we will notify you in advance of any price change to an active subscription. Refund requests are reviewed individually within 14 days of the charge, unless the law requires otherwise.
Intellectual property
The Service's design, code, logo and written content belong to iBro.io and are protected by law; you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended. You retain ownership of any text or image you submit to the Service — by using the AI tools, you grant us a limited right to process that input solely to generate a response.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, iBro.io is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription over the preceding 3 months.
Termination of access
You may delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a material breach of these Terms, and we may discontinue the Service or individual features with reasonable advance notice.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page; by continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law and contact
