Terms of Service
1. Subject Matter
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute an official offer from iBro (the "Provider") to any capable individual or legal entity (the "Customer") to enter into a service agreement under the conditions set out below.
Acceptance of the Terms occurs upon payment of any subscription plan or registration of a free account on the website.
2. Service Description
The Provider grants access to the iBro AI platform, which includes:
- 20+ AI tools for text, code, images, SEO and marketing
- AI chat assistant powered by GPT-4o / Claude
- Export of data in PDF and Excel formats (paid plans)
- API access for B2B integration (Business plan)
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Prices in EUR: Free €0, Pro €5/mo, Business €35/mo. Prices in RUB: Free 0 ₽, Pro 500 ₽/mo, Business 3,500 ₽/mo.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted via: Visa/Mastercard bank cards (Stripe), SBP/YooKassa (for Russia), cryptocurrencies BTC/ETH/SOL/USDT via NOWPayments. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
5. Refunds
The Customer may request a refund within 7 days of payment if the Service does not meet its stated specifications. Refunds are processed via the same payment method within 10 business days. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use the Service. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the last billing period.
7. Term of Offer
The Terms are valid from the date of publication on the website until withdrawn or amended. The Provider may amend the Terms by notifying the Customer by email 14 days in advance.
