User Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using iBro, you agree to this User Agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- One user — one account (multiple accounts are prohibited)
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all actions under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access: security@ibro.io
3. Acceptable Use
The Service is intended for lawful use for content creation and business purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Generating illegal, discriminatory or harmful content
- Attempting to bypass token limits or the authentication system
- Automated mass data collection (scraping) via API without permission
- Reselling or transferring account access to third parties
- Using the Service for spam, phishing or other fraudulent schemes
4. Intellectual Property
The iBro platform, its design, code and original content are the property of iBro and are protected by copyright. Content generated by AI tools based on your prompts belongs to you, provided this Agreement is observed.
5. Tokens and Limits
Tokens are the internal unit of the Service. Unused Free plan tokens do not carry over and are not refunded. Paid plan tokens are valid within the billing period. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
6. Termination of Access
iBro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service without notice in case of a violation of this Agreement. Paid periods are non-refundable upon violation.
7. Agreement Changes
We notify users of changes by email 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
